I cleaned up the existing 4” pipe and glued new flange down. I added new toilet bolts and a new wax ring to the new flange. I sat the toilet on the new flange and tightened the nuts to lock it down. I flushed the toilet 10 times to test for leaks before caulking. No leaks found. I then caulked in the toilet and cleaned the base of toilet. I continued to flush toilet while cleaning work area to ensure no leaks. No leaks detected. Sewer Camera Inspection Plumbing Service on July 1, 2024 in St. Augustine, (32084)
Plumber Notes: The following estimate is for the jetting services of two storm drains on the property. We will remove the large grate covering the first storm drain in the field and then lower a mud pump into the storm drain and begin evacuating the water. Once enough water has been evacuated we will then begin the jetting process. We will then insert The jetter hose into the storm drain and begin clearing the blockage. We will continue this process until the storm drain is cleared of the standing water. Once the blockage is cleared we will then flush the drain to free up any further debris blocking the drain. We will then remove the pump from the storm drain and place the grate back over the storm drain. We will then remove the grate from the second storm drain located in the backyard of the home across the street. We will remove the large grate covering the same storm drain in the field. We will then remove the pump from the storm drain and place the grate back over the storm drain. We will also use a camera once the water has been evacuated to locate the cause of the blockage and to record video of the pipe being cleared. The video recordings will be sent over to management after the job has been completed. After arriving on site and completing the pumping and jetting service, we have found that there is a high probability that the storm drains will become clogged again as there is a massive amount of mud and dirt sitting at the bottom of each of the storm drain Wells…. read more

Sewer and Drain Plumbing Service on March 22, 2024 in St. Augustine, (32086)
Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, investigated the inside of the building where the bathrooms are. ServPro has all their equipment set up drying out the area. They’re moisture reading picked up mostly outside the bathroom on the floor and on the lower end of the wall across from the bathroom where the water had puddled up to but no active leaks found in the area. Only thing back here is a single toilet and a sink. Toilet was flushing and front of me while I was checking it out so I went outside to investigate and found a clean out right on the other side of the wall which was actually holding water. So that tells us where all the water inside came from negative pressure pushing it back through the toilet. I have snaked several times a complete length of a 105 ft all of my cable and finally was able to break the stoppage free. I am running the water and flushing the toilet now watching the flow to make sure it’s not going to come back in the middle of the night. Because it was so difficult to finally get the stoppage to clear, I would highly recommend a jet job with camera service to make sure that the line is cleared properly. Job is complete. 2/20- Tyler and I showed up with the jedder today and was able to jet out the manhole and the main lines pertaining to the manhole consistent from the restaurant that we had the original problem…. read more
