Plumber Notes: For this job the customer is in need of their upstairs bathroom updated from polybutylene to cpvc on the hot side. Their hot water supply is being fed by polybutylene, to replace with cpvc we must: Remove the vanity to gain access to the pipe, we will verify here the polybutylene is tying in to the main copper/cpvc line and remove/cut out the poly and replace with new cpvc. We discussed with the customer to explain the ceiling/drywall removal that may be needed to complete the work. Once the poly line is replaced with new cpvc and new fittings we will test for any leaks. Once no leaks are found we will do an extensive walkthrough with the customer to verify work completion and customer satisfaction.Listed items above were performed and additional cold water and hot main lines running for the full upstairs bathroom. We replaced the Hot and Cold lines running from the crawl space that were attached to copper running through the wall and supplying the shower, toilet, and vanity. ALL POLYBUTYLENE has been replaced with PEX B piping and secured properly with no leaks. All fixtures are functioning with hot and cold water good to go. All other plumbing lines in the house are copper or cpvc which was all up to code with no leaks. Were main in the crawl space looked in tact with proper flow as well. Home Remodel Plumbers Plumbing Service on April 8, 2025 in Tampa, (33629)
Plumber Notes: For this job we took care of three tub spouts, a broken irrigation line in the yard and gas tested three fixtures. The tub spouts were set 1” further than standard length which we had to use a double scutcheon. All showers are operating with functional diverters. Irrigation line is fixed with no leaks. No gas leaks were found for all three fixtures(kitchen stove/ 2 pool fire features). Customers punch list is complete and home is ready to sell by plumbing standards…. read more
Sewer and Drain Plumbing Service on July 15, 2024 in Tampa, (33605)
Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, customer had a mainline stoppage. Both clean out on the side of the house was backing up. So I ran my snake roughly about 250 feet to 300 feet. At stoppage was clear, I went inside flush the toilet multiple time, And I turned the tub on to clear the drainage of all the waste that was backing up.
