Plumber Notes: Inspected water heater downstairs inside home. Everything seems to be working properly. Both elements ohming at 13. Both thermostats turning on and off with manual activation of screwdriver. Upstairs moen shower valve with broken off cartridge inside is installed behind two piece. Hard fiberglass shell which will have to be opened up big enough to install new shower valve with schmitty plate for repair afterwards. Removed old water heater and installed new water heater. We ended up changing the style of water heater from a tall to a medium in order to get it to fit properly in the cubby hole. Also upstairs for the tub and shower. We installed a new tub and shower valve with a new schmitty plate to cover the access hole. We had to cut in the fiberglass around for a better finish.
