Plumber Notes: Leak in women’s bathroom coming down from the top and leaking down the wall. Upon investigation found that water was not coming from any active water lines but from a condensation line from the ac on the roof. Daniel from new construction was there and stated that was not in their scope of work but gc pointed out that it was. Found 1 1/4 copper above head and transitioned to cpvc with a shark bite. Drilled hole in sdr to get condensation line to drain out in the mop sink area per gc he was ok with location and told where to place pipes connected drain to piping and strapped to wall. Covered under warranty for new construction.
