Plumber Notes: Floor drain was overflowing when the sink was drained. Ran the k60 through the cleanout multiple times while running hot water, and pulled back food and grease. Went inside the restaurant and ran the k60 down the floor drain while running hot water, and also pulled back food and grease. Recommendation to the customer was to get a mesh strainer for the floor drain to stop food from going into the floor drain, as well as running hot water when draining the sink, to prevent grease from solidifying and clogging the drain. Drained two full sinks to check if the stoppage was cleared, and the floor drain didn’t overflow.
