Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, Mike show me where the issue was for the lavatories. The first lavatory was not giving enough pressure through the aerator. Due to the mixing valve was corroded. So I turn water to the lavatory at the angle stop. I remove the existing poly supply line. I remove the pre-existing mixing valve. I install new braided supply lines for hot and cold side. I install a new mixing valves. I clean out the aerator, it was filled with calcium. After the repair was done, I turn the water back on, to check for leaks. No leaks. After cleaning out the aerator, the pressure was back to normal. For the second laboratory in the men’s room. I could not change the mixing valve, due to the angle stop is shock. So therefore, we would not be able to change the mixing because there’s no way turning off the water besides turning the main shut off to the building.
