Plumber Notes: We will have to redo the sewer line from the stairs of the apartment all the way to the clean out on the side of the main house. We found with the camera 8 to 10 bellies in the line and the line is full of dirt in several different spots. We will be able to keep the line gravity fed with no pump. We will have to dig it closer to the fence to keep it out of the pool deck way. We will reconnect it on the side of the house closer to the fence to keep it out of the way of the pool plumbing. This part of the job should take anywhere from 2 to 3 days. We will also have to find a cold water line under the house and run a brand new line all the way back to the apartment. We cannot find out where the water was connected at under the house at one time so we will use PVC material for both sewer and water, then transfer the water over to see PVC at the apartment.
