Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner who informed me that their steam shower was not functioning correctly. After investigating the unit itself for any plumbing issues, none were found. I then checked the error code that the control panel inside of the shower was emulating. After speaking with thermasol support, I discovered that the issue is electrical in nature. I diagnosed on the system which cable was working incorrectly and unfortunately upon touching the cable was hit with 110 volts into my left hand. Although no harm came to me, I can confirm that the data cable on the system is likely short-circuiting or having other issues that will need to be diagnosed by an electrician. No further service can be provided at this time on the plumbing side. Job completed.
