Plumber Notes: We will have to jackhammer and Saul cut the floor up and replace approximately 15 to 20 foot of pipe with a combination fitting. We will have to go underneath the combination wall between the bathrooms, jackhammer the floor up, replace the line all the way out to the clean out outside. At that point of us replacing the PVC, we will test everything before putting the cement back. We may have to dig down outside a little in lower that also just depending on how bad this is. Job should take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. We are not responsible for drywall or flooring, but we will bring cement back up to needed level. Removed old clean out and section of pipe that was back falling, cleared area, reconnected. New clean out and pipe with correct fall. we then tested for flow and everything is flowing correctly as designed. we also backfilled dirt back into the area and around the pipe. we then smoothed the dirt level and laid down new concrete and leveled concrete for flooring to be placed back and we then marked off area to prevent anybody from walking or standing on it that management know. Job is complete.
