Plumber Notes: When arrived, customer stated that the toilet was not working. upon further investigation, I found that the pressure assistant bladder tank was broken leaking, not holding pressure and the the flushing switch was broken as well. spoke with Christina and suggested replacing the toilet due to the age of the toilet being from original from building 1993. I returned to DaVita and removed the old toilet that was no longer operating and installed a brand new ADA recommended high efficiency flush toilet. I then remounted toilet and tested for leaks in operations. everything is working and flushing as designed. Job is complete.
