Plumber Notes: Customer is looking to have vanity in master bed room moved to new location. New location is already opened up at the floor to access drains and water lines. Will need to stub out two drains and two sets of water lines for vanities and cap off other vanity in wall. Customer also has a pvc ball valve under house that is broken and leaking water. Will have to locate city water shut off to execute replacement.4/5- assisted Brydon run new drain and water lines to install double vanity. Hooked up vanity and tested. Arrived and they went ahead and laid the floors and walls. IKEA vanity… drilled holes for new drain pipe, connect drain pipe to capped off line under home. Tested thoroughly with no issues. Then dropped 2 water lines down and teed off of them to catch both sinks. Tested and no issues. Hooked up faucet and special tubular drain pieces… thank god there was no issues after testing… Also had to replace main shut off because handyman broke handle and was spraying everywhere. Handyman also cross threaded toilet supply so when we tested our water lines, water went all over new floor from toilet… While packing up, handyman asked us to extend water lines under kitchen sink and add stops so the new faucet could reach. Did as they asked and tested. No issues but they were yanking and pulling in my pipes and punching the supply tube off to the faucet, as I was leaving. Offered my professional help and was declined. Not warranting anything under kitchen sink.
