Plumber Notes: On arrival the customer stated that their toilets were backing up. We noticed they had a lift station so we popped the lid to that to see if that may have been the problem and it was. We noticed the lift station was full with water and the pump would steady run but no water would drain out the lift station. We then ran our cable just in case it was clogged and that proved it was just the lift station. We informed the customer to call a lift station company to get it fixed.
