Plumber Notes: Arrived, found smell mainly coming from hot side out of every fixture. Drained and flushed heater after re-filling and burping the heater. It spit out black metallic flakes and rust indicating the anode rod in the heater has went out and needs to be replaced. We will order anode rod and reschedule to replace. Checked and tested in good working condition.
