Plumber Notes: Arrived, I knocked on door and tenant opened door and showed me to bathroom. I got a glance of bathroom, went back outside to shut water off. I went back inside to bathroom and turned faucet on to let water out then shut faucet off. I began taking handle off on the hot side of shower valve then unthreaded the nipple holding cartridge in the valve. Cartridge was old, replaced cartridge and put everything back together including the new handles for the shower valve. I went back outside to turn water back on to test for leaks. No leaks, valve is tested in good working condition. Job complete.
