Plumber Notes: Arrived to fix issues inspector has with this job. Cut in front of the clean out and sleeved the pipe going into the house with 6″ thin wall PVC. Glued it back with a slip coupling. Used a screw on test ball for the clean out and sanitary Tee inside the house. Filled with water up to the 5′ of head pressure needed. Waited 10 minutes and the water stayed at that level. Pulled the test balls and let th system drained. Checked 4″ coupling and there was no leak during the pressure test or when it drained. Pulled test balls and installed caps. Set toilet in master bathroom. Sent pictures to Mike Dickerson the inspector. Job complete. Arrived to job to set all fixtures back in place. Got lav with counter top back installed and caulked and mounted to wall. Got supply lines hooked back up to the angle stops and tested. Got water heater back in place and water piping and electrical hooked back up. Got hot side tested and no leaks. Got toilet set back with new flange and new wax ring. Got area cleaned up and tested.
