Plumber Notes: Turned off gas to heaters and shut power off and shut the water down. Then we cut the old tankless heaters loose and installed new ones (A.O smiths tankless heater for a rinnai.) We then tested the water lines and gas lines to ensure no leaks and proper connections. We then plugged in the new heaters and set the temp to 140. Which is typical for restaurants. Tested for hot water.
