Plumber Notes: Homeowner did not have any hot water. This is a Trutankless unit. I did a hard reset of the unit as well as reset all the dip switches so the unit could do a self diagnostic. Hot water was restored and heater working properly now. Also replaced tank bolts and Gasket in guest bathroom.
