Plumber Notes: Customer not getting any hot water. Opened up water heater control panel to evaluate elements and thermostat. Thermostats are receiving correct voltage as well as elements it appears that heater can be rebuilt. Attach hose to drain water heater so that water heater can be rebuilt. Removed old elements and thermostat installed brand new thermostats in element. Turn water back on to heater the check for any leaks no leaks found at this time. Check voltage to element and thermostats elements and thermostats are getting proper voltage reading at this time. Advised customer that it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to see if the water heater is heating up properly and getting sufficient water. Also advised customer that this is a temporary fix do two heaters age and condition recommend replacing water heater as soon as possible.
