Plumber Notes: Major grease build up in kitchen causing backup. Snaked and removed blockage, to manager's approval. Asked by manager to fix sink leak. Faulty gasket in p-trap. Replaced and tightened back. No leaks. Recommend a jetting. Also the cleanout threaded plug out back needs to be replaced. Parts houses that carry 6 inch threaded plugs are closed.
