Plumber Notes: Second stall in women’s bathroom wouldn’t complete a flush. Removed top of flush valve to see if diaphragm was working properly and it wouldn’t stay open. Replace diaphragm and put cap back on and turned water on to test. Toilet Flushing properly at this time. In men’s bathroom second urinal was filling pretty high when Flushing adjusted flush level and poured more calci solv into drain to make sure no issues. No further issues at this time.
