Plumber Notes: Customer has a clog in downstairs urinal. Tested system and appears clog is isolated to that single urinal because others don’t have issue. Recommend removing urinal and snaking urinal to remove clog. Replacing urinal and running system flush with calsisolve to clear up any build up. 12/21- treated urinal for calcium build up. The urinal is flushing properly now.
