Plumber Notes: Unit 1308 has a clogged toilet. Once inside, saw that issue was in same toilet roots were in before which is the hall bathroom toilet. Pulled the toilet to see what is causing the issue. Still see roots around the toilet flange. So cut out old toilet flang and removed all existing roots around the flange. Also put cement to kill the growth of any more roots. Installed a new toilet flange and reset toilet with new wax rings and closet bolts. Also used a cleaning agent to clean the jets for the toilet because it was not creating a good enough vortex to allow proper flush. Tested toilet and Flushing properly at this time. Tenant stated that when he takes a shower it floods his room in the adjacent room. Tested shower and as soon as water ran into tub shoe water was present in tenants bedroom. Advised would put in a work order for repair and have to come back at a later time due to the need to cut open wall and fix issue. Caulk toilet and Advised tenant of need for work order needed.
