Plumber Notes: JEA was doing work nearby and shut water down. Trash was caught up in the body of flush valve. Flushed trash out and tested urinal in men’s room. Right side urinal. Flushing good at this time. Looked at adding angle stop for coffee machine, to feed. Tried flushing out backflow has a very small drip out vent. Will need to replace backflow. Valve is broken also on backflow. 1 1/2. Let customer know about backflow and adding water Customer will let us know on work.
