Plumber Notes: Upon inspection found whole house to be stopped up. Pulled downstairs toilet and ran 75 foot of three-quarter cable. Got system to drain but toilet in downstairs. Bathroom is back falling and holding water. When I had customer flush upstairs toilet water puddle into downstairs, toilet flange, and then drained out except for water that holds due to back fall. Tub drain is inch and a half and dumps directly into closet bend. Cleaned up mess and re set toilet on new wax ring. Shimmed for stability. Complete
