Plumber Notes: After the big freeze the customer did not have water. She then noticed water damage on her ceiling in the laundry room and the kitchen. Cut a hole in the ceiling of both areas to see if there was water leaking from any of the pipes. Ran water in all of the bathrooms and checked all of the drains, as well as the pipes while the water was running. Was not able to find any leaks or damaged pipes. As a preventive measure, placed caulk around the bathroom fixtures to include the vanity. Also glued the coupling onto the drain pipe for the AC unit.
