Plumber Notes: Toilet on first floor men’s bathroom was leaking from under Flushometer. Turned water off to flush valve and took it apart to find out what the issue was. Found that vacuum breaker was damaged and needed to be replaced. Due to repair needed for vacuum breaker also replaced diaphragm in flush valve to ensure that it works properly. Connected back to water supply and turned water on to test. Flushed toilet several times to verify not leaks. No leaks found at this time. Spoke with Jackie and Mike about servicing other toilets in the building to get them all working properly also. Advised needed to schedule for a full day of service to complete all issues at hand. Jackie also informed of a tenet that is also having toilet issues that will be addressed at time of return.
