Plumber Notes: Customer has stoppage that was only affecting the toilet in the master bathroom. Attempted to use auger to snake toilet but something hard was found in the toilet. Pulled the toilet and found an obstruction in the toilet advised that I couldn’t get it out so the best solution would be to replace the toilet. Customer agreed to replace toilet. Got an ada elongated toilet for the customer, removed old toilet and installed the new one. Tested by flushing the toilet several times to make sure no other issues.
