Plumber Notes: Started out on drain elevations by using a jackhammer around the corners, then using a hammer drill to chip and chisel around, as well as under the floor drains. I removed a p-trap to complete one floor drain. Removed concrete and mixture from around drains as I went, until full rotations could be negotiated. A couple of drains were so bad that I had to hammer them out, as well as in. I used wd-40 and plumber’s grease. A wire wheel brush was used to help clean out the threads also. Had to go to Darsco and home depot to find parts needed to complete the job.
