Plumber Notes: Came out for a leak in kitchen. Upon arrival, began running water everywhere and asking questions. Tenant was sure it wasn’t caused from a backed up drain or leak. The flood began in front/under AC unit. I ran a whole load in washer and drained it while running kitchen sink. No leak ever appeared or stoppage. Also upon inspection around and behind wash machine, nothing seemed wet or appeared to ever get water damage. Only water found was on kitchen floor, in front of AC. Tenant opened AC door and I found water damage to filter and bottom of pan. Currently wet. Recommend HVAC company. Called both numbers on ticket to collect, both numbers lead me to two different guys who use to work for the the apartment complex but no longer do.
