Plumber Notes: Snaked out the lavatory drain which was really clogged up with lots of rust from the cast iron and took some time to clear. Used a 5/8 cable to clear the stoppage. Attempted to snake out the floor drain in the bay and after several attempts I noticed the snake was not going that far and after Borse took me outside I noticed an oil water separator that needed to be cleaned out. Stuck my hand inside the small pit and nothing but oil came out. Once the drain is pumped out and disposed of then I recommend getting the lines jetted and cleaned.
