Plumber Notes: Removed old water heater and installed new water heater in the garage. Customer says no hot water still so I checked power supply and both thermostats and elements, and everything is working properly. I did notice the temperature on both thermostats was 120 degrees, so I adjusted them. Told her to give the water heater about 45 min. to adjust to the new temperature.
