Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, noticed a large clump of hair in the toilet. Attempted to flush the toilet and the toilet was clogged up due to hair clog. I augered the toilet and cleared the stoppage. I then flushed the toilet three times back to back with toilet tissue and had no issues. The tenant says the toilet will overflow on its own during the night the will wake up to a flooded bathroom. There are fans in the unit now drying the wet carpet from the last flooding the bathroom. I noticed the clean out access did not have a cap on it when I arrived. This also can cause issues with the system if any animals decide to climb into that hole thinking it’s a good home. I brought this to the office so they would be aware of it if there are other caps missing throughout the property. I would like to do a video inspection to find out what is going on with the plumbing system itself.
