Plumber Notes: Customers concerned with moisture on the carpet and moisture on the drywall behind shower that was repaired a couple days prior. We opened up the wall behind The shower to investigate where the leak was coming from and found the threads were broken on the shower arm, allowing it to leak heavily in the wall when shower is activated. The drywall that was cut out in order to expose the plumbing will have to be repaired at owner’s expense we do not repair any tile or drywall. Removed necessary for plumbing repairs. We replace the shower arm and corrected the leak, and i put the showerhead back together and activated the shower, there are no leaks found at this time.
