Plumber Notes: This is a three bathroom home that has been redone poorly. Customer has master bathroom that is not draining which has brand new PVC underneath it. The other two bathrooms have also been redone with PVC but there is a footer underneath the house that both come through PVC for approximately 18 ft on both of them and then turn to cast iron. There has been a clean out installed next to the home that is plastic, at this point we will be replacing cast iron under the house which is approximately 40 ft straight run through footer tied onto newly installed cleanout. We will have to raise the drain lines under the mat stir bathroom approximately 2 in to get a better flow. Everything is pretty much laying on the ground now. We will be doing quite a bit of digging under the house it is approximately a 24-in crawl space maybe a little more. Customer is not having a problem with any other bathroom other than the master but the other two also tie into cast iron. Job should take 2 to 3 days with two people but we will not leave you without a bathroom.
