Plumber Notes: Home owner said last plumbing company came out and ran cable down into the wash machine box drain. It work for a very short time then started to back up and flood floor. Had to get on the roof and run cable down the vent line all the way to the clean out. Five times before clearing stoppage. Filled washer to the large level and let owner watch it drain completely out. She was satisfied with service.
