Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival, shut off the hot water line to the building. I also disconnected the recirculating pump to ensure that hot water was shut off. After the hot water bled off near the barista area. I then removed the shut off valve on the faucet next to the bakery as it was no longer working. And then replaced it with brand new shut off valve. Once valve was installed and then re-engaged water and the recirculation pump. I then checked for leaks and found none. New shut off valve has now been installed. Job completed.
