Plumber Notes: Came out due to leak at hose bib. Upon arrival, found leaking zurn bib on outside of building. Went inside and opened up a hole in mechanical closet behind the bib to expose pipe going to bib. Found no evidence of leaking from pipe. Opened up faceplate and determined the stem has gone bad and is allowing water to seep by. Going to get a rebuild kit now and returning tonight to replace the stem. Returned at 10:00pm. Was asked to leave water on until 10:30pm. At 10:30pm, we successfully turned the water off, and extracted leaking stem in zurn hose bib. Rebuilt hose bib stem and gaskets. Turned water on and tested system. Entire time we cleaned and checked, there were no leaks. Leaving job site at 11:30pm.
