Plumber Notes: Removed handles off a tub valve took them apart and cleaned them and stuck them back together. Tightened up the handles and took off shower head Teflon tape and pipe dope and put it back on. Leak from shower head is stopped valves turn off and on tub and shower work properly job complete.
