Plumber Notes: Upon arrival the customer told us that both bathrooms were backing up. We snaked the master bathroom shower drain with the k60 and the 3/8 cables. We noticed there was still something in the line. We took the Machine outside and snaked the cleanout with the 5/8 cable and the k60. We cleared the line. Tested everything nothing backing up at this time.
