Plumber Notes: Arrived at business and met with the maintenance guy. Upon arrival customer stated that the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, upon further investigation on the job, I noticed that the flush valve and the diaphragm was bad. Went to part house to get new parts for toilet. Installed new parts, flushed toilet multiple times to make sure the parts were working correctly. Everything is now working correctly with no leaks. The toilet stops as it should. Job is complete.
