Plumber Notes: Customers shower in hall bathroom wouldn’t turn. After inspecting valve found that cartridge is defective and needs to be replaced. Customers brand is compatible with moen so replaced cartridge with moen cartridge and installed new handle to make sure functionality is right. Turned water on to test and set handle in proper location for temperature of valve. Tested and informed customer as to how to use valve at this time.
