Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, I noticed that there was a little bit of water damage under the sink on the dry wall and could not find a leak on the water line anywhere. With the bathroom being on an exterior wall, I went outside to see if there could be anything outside that could be causing this leak on the inside of the wall. I noticed that the siding on the side of the house closest to the bathroom has some issues with the flashing and might be leaking from outside to inside only when it rains. There was also a leak on the garbage disposal that was leaking every time the sink was used. The upper mounting ring and the lower mounting ring were not tightened and pulled together properly. I pulled both of the mounting rings together and the leak stopped.
