Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, noticed a water stain on the downstairs ceiling. Per the customers request and my recommendation, I removed a small section of the ceiling. We turned on the water to the shower and waited, about 2 mins after the water was turned on, some water started showing dripping off the wood and coming from the shower pan. Recommend replacement of the shower pan and the wood around the pan which was affected.
