Plumber Notes: Water heater was full of sediment and leaking. Had to remove scale and sediment to move it. Disconnected electrical and water supply, after it was drained. Pulled it out and cleaned up area as best as could be. Installed new heater with new drain pan. Electrical supply will need to be lengthened. Let the leasing agent know.
