Plumber Notes: Arrived and inspected flushometer valves and found that 6 need to be replaced. Floor mount toilet with a tank is rocking and not Flushing properly, will replace I as well. Two clogged urinals and one broken lavatory faucet stem. Will need to pick up parts. Arrived with materials and replaced 2 flush valves in men’s room and one lavatory faucet in the women’s room and prepped on flush valve in women’s room. Had to leave due to business hours requiring water be turned back on. After discussing job with Mike and with management at Bowl America, we decided to not change three of the flush valves. Arrived back next day at about 1:30. Finished install on women’s room flush valve, cleared the two urinal stoppages in men’s room, and installed toilet in handicap restroom. Toilet in handicap restroom also needed the flange replaced. Old flange was broken in half and miss half the flange rim. Cut out flange with oscillator tool and installed a gasketed flange and secured it to floor. Then mounted new toilet. Checked everything three times while working and then three times again before I left to make sure I did not miss anything and that it is all working properly.
