Plumber Notes: When I arrived, the entire kitchen was backed up leading all the way out to the clean out before the grease trap. I ran my k60 machine with the 7/8 cables down the clean out line next to the dumpster 45 ft and cleared the stoppage. I then tested by running water to all floor drains. Nothing is backing up, everything is clear. Job is complete. Stoppage was caused by grease buildup and trash in the line. Spoke with manager and made him aware of the trash in the line, he’s going to try to best monitor what goes in the drains.
