Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival, a member of the staff took me to the back bathroom where I inspected the bathroom faucet and determined that it was too corroded to be repaired, and needed to be replaced. I returned on October 16th and removed and replaced the faucet in the back bathroom. Once I tested the faucet, I noticed that the flow was still heavily restricted. After testing the faucet multiple times, I determined that the flow is restricted due to a faulty mixing valve. I attempted to clean the mixing valve, however this did not fix the issue. The mixing valve must be replaced in order to allow normal flow to the faucet. Job completed.
