Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, I was shown the outside clean out by the homeowner. The clean out was already secreting water showing that the main was backed up outside of the house. After I pulled the cap to relieve some of the pressure, I sent my cable down roughly 20 ft which cleared the blockage. I tested the main line to the house several times and found there to be no further blockage and water flowing normally. Job completed.
