Plumber Notes: Unit 329 had a leak in the bathroom. Had to cut several holes to chase down the leak. Found the leak on the hot side. 1 in. copper pipe. Put a patch over the hole to stop the leak and we'll suggest that it needs to be cut and pro-pressed with a coupling to fix properly. But for right now leak is stopped. Cleaned up the area in the bathroom and picked up all the drywall. Left holes open so ceiling could dry. We'll have to shut water down to make proper repair to the copper line. But as I said leak is fixed with a patch for the leak is stopped for now Where in the 231 there was a small drip coming from the corner of the ceiling. Could not cut a hole in the ceiling because it was concrete had them. Let me in 331 to see if something up there was leaking. Could not find nothing that was leaking up there. Took the valve cover off. Check the valve. Let's to the walls. There's no leaks in that particular unit right next door of 331 is 329 where the leak is at in the bathroom. I'm thinking that the water is running under the tub where it was leaking and leaking into the unit 231. I would see if the leak will stop when the water is dried up completely and it dries and see if it's still leaks. If it is then I would suggest calling a leak detection to find out exactly where the leak is at because it could possibly be in between the concrete floor and ceiling.
