Plumber Notes: On arrival text him with the front desk so they could show me the area that needs to be serviced. It was Employee bathroom out in the shop area. I was able to clear the toilet with simple auger. Also had to repair the toilet because handle was broken and toilet was unable to flush properly. Then I pulled the toilet and did a camera inspection. Since the main line is cast iron and the toilets on hand or low-flow water Savers there is not enough water to complete a proper strong flush carrying paper all the way through the cast iron line without hanging up and causing problems. I would recommend installing a pressure assisted toilet that would provide enough water pressure to push the waste and tissue through the line without any issues. Cast iron line was wide open with no issues along the way. I ran water in the sink while I was doing my camera inspection just to see if there was any bad spots that needed attention and everything was flowing properly and the right direction.
